Problems with receiving calls on the PAP2

One customer told us the following problem with your account has been configured on your PAP2 Netelip:
"- I have a Netelip line in my house and it happened to me two or three times I can not receive calls but I can do calls."
According to customer research tells us about your router (Comtrend CT5635, of which Telefónica usually installed), the router brings a choice to handle SIP messages enabled by default, so that sometimes answers the PAP2 router instead of the server with the answer ... "404 timeout (this response makes the server hang up the call).

Solution: Disable this option (called SIP ALG in Comtrend CT5365), and activate the NAT keep enable and Nat keep alive in your PAP2.

We have Added this incidence in our FAQ section to help all customers who have problems of this type, check the settings on your router if you have this option enabled.
