Talk with other Netelip´s users is quite easy and completely free.

You should only know the name of the user you wish to call and dial : 4 + username.

For instance, in case your friend´s user name is "juancho",
You should dial : 4juancho

NOTE: You can only make calls to Netelip clients with an alphanumeric user name from any VoIP telephone and PC softphone (Netelip). In case, you are calling through to a conventional telephone, you could only use a numeric username.
